In addition to bridal gowns, Bridal Rack also offers a beautiful selection of evening wear for the mother of the bride and groom. With both off-the-rack options and special-order evening gowns available, moms can find something just as stunning and memorable for the big day.
Do I need to schedule an appointment at Bridal Rack?
Yes, appointments are required so we can reserve a fitting room and pair you with a stylist who will guide you through the process. This ensures you get the one-on-one attention you deserve and the best possible experience. Walk-ins can only be accommodated if we have an opening, but please know that self-service is not permitted.
How is Bridal Rack different from the other Lotus Bridal locations?
Unlike our Lotus Bridal salons — which feature special-order and custom wedding gowns — Bridal Rack specializes in off-the-rack wedding dresses that are ready to go. If you fall in love with a gown that fits, you can purchase it on the spot and bring it home the same day. It’s the perfect option for brides with shorter engagements or those who love the idea of instant gratification.
Will the service at Bridal Rack differ from Lotus Bridal?
Not at all! Bridal Rack offers the same warm, personalized service that Lotus Bridal is known for. Our stylists are just as dedicated to helping you feel celebrated, confident, and beautiful as you search for your perfect gown.
What designers do you carry?
Our collection includes a rotating selection of sample designer wedding gowns from some of the top names in bridal fashion. The gowns come from both Lotus Bridal’s curated inventory and select designers we partner with, so you’ll always see a beautiful variety of styles and looks.
What sizes do you carry? What if I’m not a sample size?
We carry a range of gowns from sizes 8–24, including plus-size samples. Because we’re a sample boutique, inventory changes quickly — what’s here today may be gone tomorrow. If a gown isn’t your exact size, our stylists will clip or pin it so you can see how it would look once altered to fit you.
How are the prices at Bridal Rack?
Most gowns at Bridal Rack are priced between $800–$3,000, a fraction of their original retail price. Every dress is discounted according to its condition and popularity, giving you the chance to wear a designer gown at an incredible value.
What condition are the gowns in?
Our sample gowns are kept in excellent condition. While some may need minor touch-ups from a seamstress, many look nearly new — and sometimes you’ll even find gowns that have never been worn at all.
Can I see gowns online before visiting?
Yes! We feature a selection of gowns on our website so you can preview what’s in store. That said, our inventory changes often, so the best way to see the full selection is to visit us in person.
Are alterations included?
Alterations are not included in the purchase price, but they’re almost always needed to achieve the perfect fit. We’re happy to recommend trusted seamstresses who specialize in bridal tailoring.
Can I take my gown home the same day?
Yes! At Bridal Rack, once you purchase your gown, it’s yours to take home immediately — ideal for brides with weddings right around the corner.
Do you offer gown cleaning?
Most of our gowns are in excellent condition, but if you’d like your gown professionally cleaned, we can arrange that for a nominal fee.
What is your return policy?
Sample gowns are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Our stylists are here to help you make your decision with confidence so you feel amazing when you say “yes.”
