Do I need to schedule an appointment at Bridal Rack?
Appointments are highly recommended since a personal stylist will assist you in trying on the gowns. Walk-ins are accommodated only when there is availability. Self-service is not permitted.
How is Bridal Rack different from the other Lotus Bridal locations?
Bridal Rack specializes in selling wedding dresses that are readily available for immediate purchase, as opposed to the Lotus Bridal stores which offer custom-made or made-to-order gowns. If you find a gown you love that fits you well, you can purchase it on the spot and take it home, making it a convenient option if you have a shorter engagement timeline.
Will the service at Bridal Rack differ from the Lotus Bridal stores?
Absolutely not! At Bridal Rack, we are dedicated to providing top-notched, personalized customer service that you would experience at any of our Lotus Bridal stores. Our goal is to assist you in finding the perfect wedding dress, regardless of the store location you decide to visit
What brands/designers do you carry in the store?
We carry a curated selection of sample designer wedding gowns from renowned bridal fashion designers. Our collection include a variety of styles and options from Lotus Bridal and selected designers we work with.
What sizes do you carry? What if I'm not a sample size?
We are proud to offer sizes 8-24. Please note, as a designer sample boutique, what’s available today may be gone tomorrow!
How are the prices at Bridal Rack?
The majority of our gowns range from $800 - $2500. You can rest assure that you will be paying a fraction of retail price when purchasing a designer wedding gown at Bridal Rack. Discounts on the gowns will vary accordingly to their condition and popularity.
What condition are the gowns at Bridal Rack in?
Our sample gowns are well-maintained and in excellent condition. We take great care in preserving the quality of our dresses. Minor fixes might be needed here and there that are easily repaired by a seamstress but there are times when the gown is BRAND-NEW, never worn.
Can I see the available gowns online before visiting your store?
Definitely! We have a selection of gowns available to view here on the website but our inventory change frequently. For the most up-to-date selection, we recommend visiting Bridal Rack in person.
Are alterations included in the purchase price?
Keep in mind that alterations are often needed to ensure a perfect fit for the bride. Alterations are not included in the purchase price but we can recommend a skilled seamstress for any necessary alterations.
Can I take the gown home the same day I purchase it?
Yes, once you've purchased your gown, you can take it home with you the same day, which is convenient for brides with shorter timelines.
Do you offer cleaning of the gown?
Most of our gowns are in pristine condition but should you prefer to have it dry cleaned, we do offer it at a nominal fee.
Is there a return policy for sample gowns?
Our sample gowns are sold as-is and may not be eligible for returns/exchanges.
