Lotus Bridal Brooklyn and Mineola NOW OPEN!!! YAY!
We are beyond excited that we can finally reopen both our Brooklyn and Mineola bridal salons! These past few months have been an incredible journey where we had to adapt quickly and develop creative ways to continue to service our beautiful brides! Huge THANK YOU to all our customers who have been so supportive and kept us going despite the many challenges we faced. We also want to extend our heartfelt thank you to all the healthcare workers and essential workers for their sacrifice so that we can stay safe and healthy.
This pandemic is far from over and until there is a viable vaccine, we cannot let our guard down. It is important to continue to do what we can to protect each other and our communities. We have developed a set of guidelines that are emailed to you prior to your appointment which outlines what we are doing to keep you, your guests and our staff safe. We are so excited to continue doing what we love and providing you with an amazing experience when finding your dream wedding gown in this new norm. If you are a bride who has postponed her wedding, please let us know as soon as possible so we can work with you on the next steps. As for our customers waiting on their orders to arrive, please know that we are working closely with all our vendors to ensure a timely delivery. Many of our designers have recently opened back their warehouses with limited staff so delays are mostly due to the backup of shipments. Exciting News!!! Reopening is on the horizon!
We have some EXCITING news!!! Lotus Bridal in Mineola is expecting to reopen on June 11th with the likely start of Phase 2 while Lotus Bridal in Brooklyn is expecting to reopen on June 22nd with Phase 1 starting in New York City on June 8th. We are beyond thrilled to receive this news and excited to be able to start finding our brides their dream bridal dress and continuing to provide excellent service to our current Lotus brides. Me missed you all so much!
We would like to give a huge THANK YOU to all our customers who have been so great and understanding throughout this pandemic. The touching emails and positive conversations have truly shown that our relationship with our brides does not end with a transaction but as a growing friendship. This pandemic is not something anyone could have ever anticipated or planned for, so our hearts go out to all brides who were forced to change their wedding plans because of it. As a small business we have experienced many challenges, but we are looking forward to rebuilding and continuing to provide the best service and experience when finding our brides their dream wedding dress!

We want to reassure you that we are working closely with all our designers tracking all deliveries and ensuring we will not miss any wedding dates. To our future brides, we are offering both virtual bridal appointments which have been so much fun! It’s a great way to get a good idea of what you’re looking for prior to your in-store appointment with us. You’ll be able to browse through our inventory and ask any questions you have about your favorites to one of our expert bridal stylists! This consultation is free, like our bridal appointments and is an added perk to the Lotus personal shopping experience! Reach out to us if you would like to schedule one today! We are offering this in both our Brooklyn and Mineola locations.
If you prefer an in store appointment, you can book one online at either of our locations. Our priority has always been to put the health and safety of all our customers and staff first. Following state and CDC guidelines, our in store appointments will be a little different from what we normally offer. We will email you prior to your appointment on what to expect during your appointment. Our goal is to make sure you still have the fabulous experience paired with our expert stylists to find you your dream wedding dress!
We have received a lot of feedback from brides who are still searching for their dream dress and concerned about getting their dresses in time for their wedding scheduled in 2020 to early 2021. Lotus Bridal has you covered! We’ve been working with our designers and have direct access to many in production and in stock gowns so that we can shorten the lead time significantly! YAY! For our brides who loves instant gratification and a great deal, we are relaunching our Lotus Sample Room on June 1st! Say Yes for Less has never been so easy! You’ll be able to browse new dresses posted daily on our bridal sample sale Instagram account @lotussampleroom and DM us if you have any questions or would like to try it on in our salon. Important Update: Lotus Bridal Hopes to Reopen May 16th
** UPDATE: We are now hoping to reopen on May 16th as per the Governor's instructions. In the meantime, we have started offering Virtual Bridal Appointments, if you are looking to get a head start on your dress shopping. If you already started shopping we can answer any questions you have to help you virtually saying say to your dress! You can book an appointment right on our website!
We have been closely monitoring the rapid spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) across our country and so happy to finally see a possible flattening of the curve. This is hugely a result of us all staying home and avoiding social situations. Our main priorities continue to be the safety and well-being of our customers, employees and community. Following the guidance of Governor Cuomo, we hope we can reopen both our Brooklyn and Long Island locations on May 16th. We are eager to help our brides find their dream wedding dress and continue to service our wonderful Lotus brides!

If you are a Lotus Bride, we want to assure you that you are in good hands and we are here to support you and take care of your needs. We have been monitoring all our orders closely to make sure the delivery time frames are acceptable based on your wedding date. So far we have not experienced significant delays but this can change depending on the current global situation. Most of these delays are not production related but shipping related due to the prioritization of medical supplies like PPEs, gloves, ventilators etc. We have been in contact with all our designers to ensure shipments that are ready, are shipped to us right away.
We have also received a few requests from brides who have been to Lotus Bridal before and wanted to say yes to the dress digitally. We can definitely help you with that! Just reach out to us and we'll make it happen!

Everyone Meet Peggy Hwang!
Peggy is a Lotus Bride who just celebrated her nuptials in January, with a beautiful ceremony surrounded by all her friends and family! Peggy was such a delight to have in the store and our girls remember her fondly. Peggy wore an amazing dress by Stella York and she looked absolutely fabulous on her big day!
One thing that's even more amazing about Peggy is that she’s a nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at John Hopkins Hospital and is battling the COVID-19 pandemic daily. Lotus Bridal would like to thank Peggy for her contribution in this global crisis. We are so proud to be of service to brave women like you. Sending you strength and positive thoughts as you suit up for the front lines.
